1. Acceptance of terms

• Use the Site to build a competing or substantially similar service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, server, or related infrastructure
• Submit automated, fake, or abusive contact form messages
• Click on advertisements in a manner that violates Google AdSense's program policies
• Use the Site to upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose under Indian law or the law of your jurisdiction
• Frame, mirror, or otherwise replicate the Site's appearance

We reserve the right to block IP addresses, rate-limit usage, or pursue legal action for violations.

7. Intellectual property

Our license to you

User-submitted content

By submitting feedback, suggestions, or bug reports to us, you grant FinsiderAI a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use the submission to improve the Site, without obligation to compensate you. We will not publish your name or contact details without permission.

Copyright complaints (DMCA / Indian Copyright Act)

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@finsiderai.com with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the infringing material with a URL
• Your contact information
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized
• A statement (under penalty of perjury) that you are authorized to act

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FinsiderAI, its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from decisions made using calculator outputs
• Investment losses, tax penalties, or interest charges

Sections 7 (IP), 8 (Liability), 9 (Disclaimers), 11 (Indemnification), and 14 (Governing Law) survive any termination.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced via a banner on the homepage for at least 14 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you don't accept changes, you must stop using the Site.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
